With over 25 years of experience in mental health counseling (outpatient and residential settings) and school counseling, focusing on issues related to school, ADHD, Autism, ODD, Depression, Anxiety, substance abuse, women’s issues, and life transitions. , I am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to emotional wellness. My approach combines evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Solution-focused therapy, and Play therapy, along with stress management strategies, to provide personalized support for every unique situation.
