Hello! My name is Rosealinda Carrillo and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with people on a variety of topics, including depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, adjustment issues, and postpartum depression. My clinical specialties include racial/cultural identity, sex therapy, and the LGBTQIA+ population.

My therapy style is friendly and collaborative. I enjoy using humor while still treating my clients with respect, sensitivity, and kindness. My approach to counseling combines solution-focused, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Most importantly, I want to tailor our conversations and your treatment to you and your specific needs.
