I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health arena. As an LCMHC, I am experienced in providing mental health services to individuals, families, and groups to address environmental, economic, social, and cultural needs. I obtained my master’s degree in Counselor Education from East Carolina University in 2019 and I also hold a master’s degree in human services. In addition, I am a Trauma-Focused Therapist, and a Licensed Ordained Minister, under the New Faith Deliverance Holiness Ministries located in Greenville, North Carolina. My clinical work experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, families, and group therapy. The treatment approaches I ascribe to are the ones mentioned below. In addition to traditional counseling techniques, I also incorporate faith-based counseling to guide individuals on their paths to emotional, mental, education, and career wellness. I firmly believe that with the help of God, I can bring about a remarkable change in the lives of others; knowing that God can see what I cannot see and go where I cannot go, to bring about extraordinary change in one’s life. However, incorporating spirituality is an individual choice that will only be incorporated if so desired by the client.
