Rose graduate with her Bachelors in Social work from Middle Tennessee State University and from University of Louisville with a Master’s of Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and member of the National Association of Social Workers. Rose has over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment settings, working with adult individual, family, and adolescents.

Rose specializes in individual therapy with adults and adolescents dealing with stress, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, shame and guilt issues, communication difficulties, family and relationship issues, complex medical comorbidities, work-life issues, anger management, young adult issues, family transitions, and other psychosocial stressors. Every person is different and Rose works with each person to develop an individualized treatment plan, setting goals, developing coping strategies, and working towards solutions.

Rose tailors her therapy to meet with the individual needs of the person she is working with, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Motivational Interviewing to improve level of functioning and develop coping strategies to deal with life's challenges. She believes in focusing on strengths and self-determination during the journey to healing. She feels honored and inspired to watch someone find their own path on their journey to empowerment
