I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State and have provided years of service within the mental health community for people of all ages. You might feel that you are faced with challenges, and no one around you understands. You may have a goal but often lack the motivation or energy to accomplish those goals. Sometimes we are scared to face what is holding us back; we believe that being vulnerable or expressing ourselves may be a weakness. I am here to tell you; it is actually a STRENGTH. When we dig deep, it opens a world of wonders. Come in and share. We will work together to help you reach those goals, advocate for yourself, develop assertive communication. Our conversations lead to addressing your personal needs. I'm able to help my clients identify what they are feeling and assist in processing and finding a solution that is tailored to them. You are not alone. I strongly believe in helping those reach their highest potential and finding joy and happiness on their terms.
