I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of South Carolina and am also licensed to provide tele-therapy to Florida residents. I have experience working with adults with various presenting problems including depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses, adjustment disorders and grief and loss. My goal is to assist you in overcoming obstacles emotionally and mentally so that you can mindfully experience the best parts of life. All people are worthy of a safe space to fully express and explore themselves. I became a therapist for that simple reason. My goal is to come alongside you in a moment in your life journey to listen and help you uncover strengths that you possess.
