I have been working in the field of marriage and family therapy since 2012, where I started my work as an intern working towards my license. I have been a licensed marriage and family therapy since 2018. During my time in the field, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families who face all kinds of life challenges. I work from an integrative approach and have used techniques from various models, including narrative, Imago, and solution focused modalities. I work from a systemic approach as I compassionately connect with clients and help them uncover the narratives they’ve subscribed to and which influence their perspectives and life views.
