I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Being fluent in both Spanish and English allows me to work with diverse populations. In 2012 I completed a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked for nonprofit organizations as a therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. Providing psychotherapy services has been my passion. I like to assist people in their personal growth by encouraging their resilience and helping them tap into their potential to overcome life’s difficulties. As a holistic therapist, I use different approaches depending on personal needs. I focus on acceptance, empathy, and non-judgment. Life teaches us through different experiences and challenges. By being aware of these lessons we can find self-understanding and acceptance, both of which will help us face life challenges. My role as a therapist is not to come up with solutions, but to assist you in finding them yourself. I will help you reach deep within yourself because the solutions are there. I will help you find them.
