I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have more than 20 years of experience as a mental health clinician. I have extensive experience helping children, adults, and families. I have a heart for people who are struggling with issues of everyday life. Day after day, we feel pressures and struggles that can turn us into people we don't want to be. I want to help you overcome these problems and difficult situations. I believe everyone can change because personalities and brains are flexible and adaptive.
I use Cognitive-Behavioral, DBT, Integrative-Solution-Focused, Mindfulness intervention (Included NLP & Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy). Clients learn to make sense of themselves, to understand core problems, to let go of bad habits, and learn a healthy way forward in life.
