About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Oklahoma, Texas and soon in Missouri. I believe that life is a journey with many challenges and rewards. I help those who are hurting emotionally, dealing with intense current frustrations or past hurts, and/or struggling with the effects of childhood trauma. Trauma can be contagious and impact those around you.

I believe that people have the answers inside of them but they need someone to help them unlock what's inside. I believe in the best of every person. My counseling approach is eclectic in nature. I have taken the best of a few counseling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and made them my own. My clients feel heard and ultimately empowered to do the hard work necessary that brings about a good and healthy mental balance.
