I am a licensed professional counselor/therapist licensed in the state of Louisiana with 8 years of experience. I've had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults who were dealing with varying issues, such as, depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and relationship and family issues. I have a strong passion for helping people to fulfill their fullest potential. I believe my clients are truly the experts of their own lives and my role is to guide and empower them. For this reason, I foster an environment in which we work together as a team to achieve their counseling goals.

My counseling style is nonjudgmental, empathetic, accepting, and interactive. I treat my clients with dignity, respect and compassion. I am truly honored to serve each of my clients and that is displayed in every single interaction I have with them. My approach combines cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy and mindfulness therapy to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.
