Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have a Masters degree in Counseling from Webster University. I have over 20 years of experience counseling in a variety of settings where I was able to meet the needs of individuals.

I enjoy helping individuals reach and live their potential. The main goal is to help motivate one to change their lives and improve situations and/or relationships for the better. The therapeutic approaches I most use to help individuals reach their goals are cognitive-behavior therapy, reality therapy and motivational interviewing. I am also a Christian, therefore I take pride in creating an environment where it is safe, supportive and loaded with compassion. I believe compassion and empathy are valuable elements to build trust and trust helps open doors to freedom as well as success. Let's get started healing.
