I'm so glad you're here. I know that seeking help isn't easy but it is a brave thing you're doing. I honor that about you. As a therapist of 15 years, it is my priority to provide a safe space for my clients. This process is collaborative, nonjudgmental and client-centered. You will never be forced to discuss any topic if you're not ready. It is important to me that you feel empowered to work on the things that matter to you so that you can create the life that you desire. If you have any questions about the process, I encourage you to ask. There is no judgment here. All feelings and thoughts are welcome.
