I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a counselor, I have committed myself to encouraging positive change and personal growth in your life. I want to work collaboratively with you to explore your strengths and conquer any weaknesses that may be hindering your progress and reaching your personal goals. My passion is to encourage and empower you to not only see, but reach your ultimate potential. I believe everyone has the wherewithal to grow and to make a positive change no matter their background. Life is not always easy, even sometimes seems unbearable; However, I believe with an encouraging heart, a listening ear, and a therapeutic setting that is able to equip you with the needed tools to enhance your life and bring about positive change, you can make it and live a productive life. My counseling approach has been integrative including but not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused, Behavior Modification Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
