I am licensed in California with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & depression. I use a variety of clinical approaches depending on the presenting concern(s), paying close attention to styles of communication and how people are heard and understood. I believe that a therapeutic relationship is critical to a positive experience in therapy, and I strive to connect with everyone with whom I work.
