Sometimes life can feel overwhelming and life events begin to impact our joy, fulfillment, and our ability to do the things we need to do. We struggle with work, engaging in meaningful activities, parent effectively, or spending time with family and friends. Sometimes we need seek out help and support to find our way back to self-confidence, energy, and the motivation to get back to life. I have expertise in helping people manage anxiety, stress, trauma, life adjustments, and in the use of effective parenting skills to address children’s behavioral problems. I believe in meeting clients where they are to make the therapy experience both personal and effective. If you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, or feel overwhelmed when trying to parent I want you to know that I’m here to listen, empathize, provide support, and work with you towards feeling calm again, effectively managing stress and trauma, and parenting with confidence.
