I have over 20 years of mental health experience and I’m able to draw from several clinical experiences to help people improve the quality of their life. I approach therapy from a holistic approach: Mind, body and spirit. I also look at cultural and identity perspectives, addressing everyone through a person-centered lens. I have helped many, many people find happiness and a sense of self-worth.

I coach, educate and use clinically researched methods to guide and process past and present issues, while finding resolve and relief.
