I specialize in treating teens and adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness interventions, and art therapy when working with the younger populations to support my clients with issues relating to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and behavioral challenges trauma. I’m also trained in Brainspotting (BSP), a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional, trauma, and other challenging symptoms.
