I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) from New Jersey with experience as a mental health and substance use counselor. I have collaborated with clients on concerns ranging from relationships, career challenges, excessive worriment and anxiety, substance use, and life transitions.

My counseling style is nurturing and collaborative. I treat those who are in need by giving respect and providing dignity to sensitive concerns. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused interventions, as well as a strength-based approach. Each plan is individualized to meet one's current needs and goals.

I am inspired by the courage it takes to seek help. Change happens to all. Yet, we can lead more fullied lives when we have support during these periods of change and transition.
