I believe in helping clients learn and understand that our wellness is directly tied to our beliefs and choices as we try to meet our most basic needs for survival, love, importance, and variety. Using methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I collaborate with each client to determine how to best support them in meeting their needs through the power of choice.
I have clinical experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, career and life transitions, depression, parent-child relationships, self-esteem issues, sexually abusive behavior, and sexual compulsivity/addictions. I am passionate about counseling and devote myself to providing the best possible care.
