Hello! I am very pleased to be a part of the Talkspace community as a mental health therapist provider. I have worked as a mental health therapist since December 2013 until the present. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have worked with children and adults with varying mental health needs including anxiety, depression, addictions to drugs and alcohol, and other mental health needs. I am originally from Poland and like to visit my family there. I have also done research and reading connecting how we eat, basic nutrition, and other self care methods to help with gaining a strong mind and body.
