About

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Texas with over 12 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse- PTSD.
I offer a safe, trusting, and supportive environment that enables individuals to develop the understanding and skills needed to make positive changes. Psychotherapy facilitates personal growth and learning to help individuals lead more fulfilling and enjoyable lives. I work with adults, couples and families.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, care, and compassion. My approach is cognitive-behavioral counseling.
I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and have been licensed as a Counselor for over 12 years.
I have been married to my lovely wife for 35 years, have raised three great kids and have a granddaughter on the way! When I am not counseling, I love to sail, ski, kayak, and generally be in the great outdoors. I also love to travel, I have lived in Africa and traveled throughout Europe, Asia, and camped in many National Parks around the country.
