Greetings! My name is Roger Peters. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT with over 16 years of experience working with a variety of clients that struggle with anxiety, suffer from depression, live with PTSD, are challenged with drug and alcohol problems, and other addictions. I understand the range of emotions clients deal with when it comes to individual stressors and challenges. I have also helped to treat issues including marital/relationship issues, loss/bereavement, trauma, spirituality, physical/sexual/emotional abuse, self-esteem, personal growth, parenting, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, and coping with transitional life changes. I am a warm and caring therapist that can establish rapport quickly with clients. I am client-centered with a strong focus to build upon one’s strengths while helping them establish their personal hopes and dreams. I am resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented. You will find me to be an active listener, a creative and critical thinker to address any issue. I am interested in understanding your perspective, so you can feel heard and understood.
