My name is Rodolfo (Rudy) Gomez and I'm an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that provides multiculturally-sensitive therapy for diverse individual adults, couples, and families. I've treated children, teens, and young adults with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parent-child conflicts, and various other mental health and emotional challenges. I primarily utilize strengths-based, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approaches to help people identify and apply their personal strengths and learn how to effectively work through their different life circumstances. I will customize my theoretical approach to fit you. I believe in utilizing a collaborative approach so that you and I can work together to attain the goals that are important to you. I have been married since 2007 and I have 2 boys ages 7 and 3.
