Often, the first step on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and change is finding that one person who is willing to listen and offer understanding without judgment. I am a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have over eight years of post-graduate experience serving people challenged by all degrees of mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Utilizing aspects of CBT, DBT, REBT, ABA, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and other techniques, I use a collaborative, strength-based approach that keeps you in the driver’s seat of your recovery. I look forward to working with you as partners in problem-solving when overcoming barriers to recognizing your potential and achieving your life goals.
