About
How would your life be different if you didn’t have your current life struggles and pain? I want you to know there is a way to feel better. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem issues, single parenting, grief/loss, or deeper trauma wounds, we can work together on finding your strengths and abilities that lead to a positive transformation in your well-being, happiness, outlook on life and your self-esteem. I have 18 years of experience working with children, families, and adults of different ages, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, first as case manager, then as a therapist. Being myself a first-generation Latinx immigrant, I also worked with first generation immigrant individuals and families experiencing emotional stress and the pressure of navigating two worlds. We are all unique individuals and there is no “one size fits all” type of therapy. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, but its core is cognitive behavioral therapy. Together, we will develop a plan that addresses your needs, with an approach you can relate to. I provide individual and family therapy in both English and Spanish in a culturally sensitive, strength based, and safe environment. Let me help you develop the coping skills, strategies, and resources to meet your life challenges with confidence and competence, take control of your life, maximize your infinite potential, and create a more satisfying life. I am here to help you, and I am just one phone call away into your healing journey.
