I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, counseling and serving others. I have worked with clients who have a variety of life challenges, including navigating diagnosis that impact the family system, careers and overall wellbeing.

My approach to counseling is deeply client-centered. I believe in deeply listening, creating space and honoring your pain through validation. I also believe in co-creating a variety of creative solutions to work on and through the problems you might be facing.
