Hello there! My name is Robyn Yost and I live in the sunny hot state of Arizona. I was born in Nebraska, raised in Idaho, and have lived in many other states when I was younger, but have called Arizona home for many years now. I enjoy traveling, having new adventures, personal growth, and I have 3 adorable rescue dogs.

I received my masters degree from Chadron State College in Nebraska, and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2004. For over 10 years of that had my own private practice, and am now looking forward to the opportunity to be more mobile now with this online counseling platform!

I use an eclectic combination of counseling modalities in my therapy sessions. I have a knack for intuitively and empathically understanding and being able to help focus in on what isn't working and helping you gain a different perspective by shedding light on unconscious beliefs and patterns. We can then together develop a plan and action steps to change your thinking and help you move forward with new goals and more happiness and peace of mind! I use Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy (amongst others) to help you accomplish what you are coming to therapy for.

My goal for you is to provide a safe, judgment free space for you to explore what isn't working and what feels out of balance for you. I also strive to guide you to find your own answers for positive change. It is important to find the right fit for the best results, so I look forward to meeting you to see if I am that fit for you!
