I am licensed in Colorado with 35 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy related issues, & parenting issues. In life we face many transitions, as we grow through all life's stages. I use a variety of practices from mindfulness, to solution focused and insight oriented therapy.
