I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2010. I have over 12 years of experience working in both non-profit and private practice settings with children/adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups who are experiencing a wide range of challenges. Much of my experience has been dedicated to helping those affected by trauma. My experience with this hurting population spans over 12 years. I am trained in Trauma-Informed Practice and have assisted individuals and families in overcoming barriers to personal emotional and psychological safety. Every individual has strengths. I help individuals to address worries and challenges while identifying strengths to expand and develop skills and solutions to achieve overall well-being. I believe in helping others realize how trauma and challenges have affected their life and how to look beyond the problem to the possibilities of a peaceful now. I enjoy working with others on their journey to becoming the best version of them self.
