About

Robin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping others on their journey toward wellness. Having an undergraduate degree in Business, Robin began her career working as a Managed Care Coordinator for a foster care agency in the Lehigh Valley. Finding enjoyment in working with the underserved community, Robin went on to complete a Master of Arts in Counseling.

Early in her counseling career, Robin gained valuable experience working with individuals with substance abuse disorders. Robin has served as the Director of the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center in Mercer County, NJ, and been a Clinical Supervisor for unlicensed Master’s level clinicians. Robin has experience counseling individuals with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD and bipolar disorder.

Robin has counseled youth in the foster care system and in an inpatient setting at KidsPeace Children’s Hospital. Robin has extensive knowledge of dysfunctional family systems, having started the first ACoA meeting in the Lehigh Valley in 2010. Robin also has experience counseling couples and families and those in the LGBT community.

Robin utilizes an eclectic approach that incorporates elements of cognitive behavior therapy, existential therapy, attachment theory, family systems, and dialectical behavior therapy—along with several other modalities—to assist individuals in managing trauma, depression, anxiety, marital issues and other life challenges. Together, she will work with you to gain the insight and support you need to lead a healthy and productive life.
