I am a clinical social worker, licensed in the state of Kansas, with over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My experience has been obtained in multiple settings, including government and private agencies, health care clinics and I have operated a private practice providing mental health services for the past 8 years. I have worked with client experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, parenting struggles, career challenges, ADHD/ADD, attachment and grief.

My therapy style is warm, casual and compassionate, honest and interactive. I treat everyone with the same respect and empathy I would want afforded to me if I was the client. I use an eclectic approach, combining cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies in conjunction with multiple brain-based and evidence-based protools, focused mindfulness and various health and homeopathic recommendations. I will tailor my approach and modalities to meet your individual needs.
