I'm a social worker with lots of life experience and I have been a counselor since 2013. I specialize in working with people who are suffering with trauma and addictions, but I have also helped those with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, perfectionism and more. I use an amazing therapy called EMDR. EMDR can remove the emotional sting from traumatic memories or anything disturbing as well as desensitizing relapse triggers.
