Hello and thank you for viewing my page. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in private practice living in New Mexico with 19 year’s experience. I started my career in the Air Force and after retiring, I continued to work in this field. I enjoy every aspect of this experience and feel extremely privileged to work with so many unique individuals. I believe we all have the innate ability to find inner peace and live a healthy, happy life. Oftentimes, our struggles are the result of negative beliefs that have developed from experiences we've had throughout our lives. These thoughts can become so automatic, we don't even realize they are the source of our unhappiness. With guidance and collaboration, we can work together to challenge and change these negative beliefs to more realistic, positive ones.

My counseling style incorporates client centered, cognitive behavioral and rational-emotive approaches to changing patterns of behavior. I offer a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore and develop skills to help reduce or eliminate depressive symptoms, anxiety, lack of self-esteem and social skills and loneliness.
