Welcome! I am a licensed social worker in Ohio with over 15 years experience. I'm a University of Cincinnati grad.
My counseling style is warm and supportive with a strong focus on problem solving to get you back to feeling your best. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, stress, anxiety, family and relationship issues, motivation problems, low self-esteem and confidence. I have special training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. I have a special concentration in Body Positivity-Health at Every Size-Intuitive Eating. My counseling style is warm and supportive with a strong focus on problem solving to get you back to feeling your best.

I deeply believe that we all deserve, and are capable of, reaching a place in life in which we feel in control. A place in which we feel as though we are designing our life and are not simply passengers. I believe that this comes through examining what we truly want and then making good decisions to get us there. This could be in relation to a difficult relationship, lack of confidence, depression or stress. These things have a way of making us feel vulnerable and out of control. Sometimes we need a bit of help to make our way through those difficult times.
