Hi, my name is Robin and I have been supporting people to navigate life challenges for more than 15 years. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders. Additionally I have worked with couples to address relationship issues. I believe that everyone has the ability to improve their lives with the right guidance and motivation. I will listen to you and work with you to identify your goals and explore the strengths that you already possess to achieve those goals . We will collaborate to find the most beneficial and effective coping skills and develop and enhance your own personal support system. My approach is client centered and I use interventions from multiple disciplines including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative Therapy.
