I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in both the private practice setting and have worked in hospital settings. I enjoy helping clients cope with depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & bipolar disorder. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
A little about me as a person, I live in the big city of Houston Texas with my husband of 10 yrs and my Pomeranian Molly. We enjoy riding
our motorcycles with friends and I enjoy gardening when it is not too hot, lol. I look forward to getting to know and work with you .
