Welcome

Life is hard at times and it is normal to seek help. I provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space, and cultivate an authentic relationship with my patients. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, chronic health conditions, grief/loss, end of life, and adjustment when life does not go as planned.

I work with adults of all ages and am mindful of several aspects of one’s life, including cultural, racial, gender, and economic identities. Treatment focuses on what works individually for my patients. I utilize Transpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. I am active with attending trainings, workshops, seminars, and conferences. My Bachelor's Degree is in Outdoor Leadership and Behavioral Science. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have worked 11 years in Healthcare and counseling, and 4 years providing clinical services. If you do not see a time on my calendar that works for you, let me know as I have some flexibility with my schedule.
