Hello,
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapy, with 14 years post graduate experience and 20 years in the behavioral health field. Through my many years of years of experience I have worked with children, adolescent and adults with various diagnosis and levels of functioning, such as developmental, psychiatric and substance use disorders, who seek assistance in managing symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention deficit Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship and Family issues, Employment challenges, Relapse Prevention and Trauma Issues.

Through the use of culturally sensitive, person-centered, strength-based, existential, cognitive behavioral, solution focused approach, I foster a collaborative relationship with clear goals geared to improving an individual’s overall quality of life by attaining a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit.
