Hey there. First let me say - You took the first step and that is awesome. You are on the right track already! Ok, you came here to learn about me, so here is a bit about me.

I am from Connecticut and I've practiced as a social worker for over 9 years. I have been helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I like the show, "The Office", although most of my time is spent watching "Frozen" on repeat (I have two littles).

I'm excited to meet you and learn more about what brings you joy, not just the challenges you are facing. You have so much within yourself to help you overcome whatever you are facing!
