Since 2012, I have worked in many different settings including the National Suicide Lifeline, emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, and through tele-medicine. What is your approach to therapy? I consider my approach to be person centered. There is no one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach and I will take the time to meet you where you are and walk with you. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? A sense of empowerment, validation, and confidence.
