Current times can be extremely hard to make sense of and to successfully adjust; which can greatly affect our wellbeing. I believe myself to be different in some ways from what you may have experienced with a therapist before. I’m spiritual and LGBTQIA+ allied. I’m humorous, but very serious about the work I do. I’m all about enhancing the life we live on this planet and believe the answers we seek are already within us. You can do this. Let me help. In 2010, I graduated from Texas A & M University-Commerce with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked with those experiencing a decline in their health, those experiencing a mental health and/or substance abuse issues, those involved with Family Protective Services, those experiencing homelessness, those involved in the legal system and youth who aimed to re-establish supportive connections. I’ve put in a lot of time, talking to and aiming to understand more about all kinds of people and the situations they’ve faced, but my goal is always to take the journey with my clients.
