I am a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State with 49 years post-master's experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD (I worked for an ADHD clinic for 10 years). I have a second Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and have extensive experience in supervision and management.
My counseling style is client-centered. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), problem-solving therapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka "Tapping").
