I am an LCSW, licensed in California, with 17 years of professional work experience. After recieving my masters degree in 2006, I began working in a rural California county on their crisis services team. I went on to serve as a clinician in the county substance abuse and adult services units as well. My later years at the county were spent as a supervising clinician and lastly as a program manager. After retiring from county service I opened up a private practice that I maintained for about 3 years. I have experience helping clients cope with a variety of issues including addictions, trauma, and abuse. I have also had the opportunity to work with people experiancing grief and loss. I believe that you are the expert conerning your life story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming mental and emotional challenges. I have always felt that it is an honor when individuals allow me into their lives in order to help. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
