I am a practicing LPC in Louisiana & Texas and have been working for the last 6 years. I have experience with inpatient mental health as well as outpatient. I like to look at different options when presented with issues to find what works best for my clients. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I am aware and familiar with issues that are faced daily in the community. I have treated a spectrum of mental health diagnosis ranging from Depression, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia all the way up to Dementia. I believe in finding solutions together as a team and I want to work with you to help you solve your concerns in a healthy manner.

I come from a cognitive behavioral background with an emphasis in cognitive distortions. I believe that the client is the captain of the therapeutic ship and I'm along for the ride to provide guidance.
