About

I am a clinical social worker licensed in Idaho with over 13 years of experience working as a counselor and case manager. I have worked with clients with mental health and addiction issues in a variety of setting in private and institutional settings. I have focused on treating anxiety, depression, trauma issues, and those in crisis. I have also worked with people who are experiencing addiction issues, sexual abusers, and suicidal clients.

My counseling style is open and motivational. I believe in treating clients with honesty, compassion and friendliness, while maintaining focus on solutions. My approach combines narrative therapy with motivational interviewing and solution-focused treatment. I work with clients to identify personal goals and use realistic tools that are simple, effective, and research-based.
