"I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia, who specializes in treating relational issues, adjustment disorders, anxiety, and depression. I have worked with a wide variety of age groups from children and teenagers (ages 5-18 years old) to adults and older populations (ages 18-65) throughout my time in therapy. I have over 12 years of clinical experience as a counselor, providing clinical services to a diverse array of clientele in residential, school, and private practice settings. I have attained both my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Liberty University, where I graduated with honors. In addition to my clinical experience, I have also participated as a psychological researcher at Liberty University. As both a husband and a father, I understand the importance of how communication, conflict resolution, and boundaries can contribute to building healthier relationships. I desire to help others develop healthier relationships in their life not only with others but also within themselves while also establishing coping skills to promote better emotional regulation and wellness in their lives."
