I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in North Carolina with over 25 years of experience working as a clinician and couples counselor. I have experience working with both individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, child/adolescent challenges, and a wide range of relationship issues.

My therapy style is engaging and directive. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and empathy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused modalities with emotionally focused therapy interventions. I also operate from a trauma-informed perspective. I will ensure our sessions and treatment plan are focused on your unique and individual needs.
