Welcome! My name is Robert and I am licensed in Kentucky with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & trauma, and abuse. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and we should work as a team in overcoming obstacles or challenges. In session, I am a client-centered and solution-focused therapist. My clients and I are creative in designing a plan for change. This plan could include music, art, writing, games, and more. This collaborative approach allows the perspective that you are the expert in your life. It is important that in each session you feel warmth, safety, understanding, and empathy.
