You've likely tried it all: Self-help books, YouTube videos, supplements, exercise routines, yoga, mindfulness & everything in-between. These self-care strategies & health regimens, tend to offer some relief, but are rarely fully satisfying long term. There continues to be this lingering pain, underlying emptiness, or subtle sense of feeling lost. If this is sounding familiar, I’d love to help. My specialties include anxiety, depression, confidence, trauma & loss.

I use a classic, tried & true, form of therapy that focuses on the root of the pain. This type of approach offers actual relief & helps people move on, heal, and live more fulfilling lives. I regularly apply Gestalt, Jungian (Analytical), & Person-Centered Theory within my practice.

I've been practicing in the Greater Milwaukee Area now for 11 years, and offered Telehealth services on Find A Therapist from 2015-2018. Since then, I started my own private practice located in Wauwatosa, and rejoined Find A Therapist in 2022 to provide Telehealth services.
